Manufacturing Process
A typical manufacturing process for high thermal conductivity nano-carbon copper foil involves the following steps :
- Binder preparation: A binder such as PVDF, epoxy resin, or polyurethane is dissolved in a solvent (e.g., N-methylpyrrolidone, DMF, or acetone) with stirring for 0.5–2 hours at room temperature.
- Heat dissipation slurry preparation: Nano-carbon materials (e.g., graphene, carbon nanotubes) along with optional additives (e.g., silicon carbide, boron nitride) are mixed into the solvent and stirred for 0.5–3 hours. The prepared binder is then added, and stirring continues for 2–8 hours.
- Coating and drying: The slurry is evenly coated onto the copper foil surface using a smooth roller coating process, followed by heating and drying at 45–95°C for 2–10 minutes.
