Founder's Vision, Experience as Foundation

Our founder and CEO, Ms. Linda, also serves as our Senior Technical Advisor. She brings decades of experience in international trade and project management, seamlessly combining exceptional business insight with profound technical knowledge. From 2007 to 2016, Ms. Linda worked in the joint project team of CRRC and GE Transportation, where she was responsible for project management and product development for GE Transportation Systems, and led quality control efforts. She accumulated extensive hands‑on experience, particularly in locomotive equipment and bogie systems. Her on‑site expertise spans casting, forging, hot working, welding, and precision machining, and she holds an electrician‑level welding certification-demonstrating a deep technical command across the entire manufacturing chain.
