Graphite Coated Aluminum Foil
Graphite coated aluminum foil is a material used for positive current collection of lithium ion batteries after adding a carbon coating on the surface of aluminum foil.
The carbon material powder such as nano-conductive graphite is mixed with the fixed film-forming agent, solvent and auxiliary agent to form a slurry, which is coated on the surface of aluminum foil, and a dense carbon coating layer is formed after drying.
Description
Graphite Coated Aluminum Foil is designed as a new-type of aluminum foil current collector with uniform coating of graphene on its surface. Based on the excellent electrical and two-dimensional layer structure of ultra-thin layer with a thickness of less than 0.5μm on the surface of aluminum foil has high electrical conductivity,which significantly reduces the interface resistance,and thus improves the adhesion between active materials and aluminum foil.Such a current collector is beneficial to the rate capability and cycle life of battery comprehensive performance those of other aluminum foils based on conventional carbon materials.Graphite Coated Aluminum Foil can replace traditional aluminum foil and corrosion aluminum foil for Li-ion batteries and supercapacitors.

We are currently at the forefront of this technology in the world.
The coating speed on aluminum foil can also reach a stable 150m/min, while the industry average speed is only 30-40m/min. At the same time, the alignment accuracy of conductive coated copper foil can still be controlled within ± 0.3mm. In terms of coating pattern design, not only can continuous full width coating be completed, but customized production can also be carried out according to customers' special requirements, which strongly supports the product design and technological progress of downstream battery enterprises. We can theoretically coat aluminum foil with any pattern, and the alignment accuracy of front and back coating can also reach ± 0.3mm, leading the entire industry.
