4J32 Expansion Alloy, also known as Super Invar alloy (Super-Invar 32-5) is a low expansion iron nickel cobalt alloy. Its main uses are suitable for various instruments, instrument parts, thermal bimetallic passive layers, and resonant cavities that require dimensional stability. Its main characteristics are low expansion coefficient in the range of 20-100 ℃
