The biggest characteristic of High Temperature Resistant Inconel Alloy is its corrosion resistance to alkaline medium, such as caustic potash, caustic soda, etc. It is widely used in ionic membrane caustic soda process. Nickel has good corrosion resistance in dry fluorine. Nickel has also been successfully used in dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride from normal temperature to 540℃. It can also be used in still hydrofluoric acid solution. Nickel has good mechanical properties in a relatively wide temperature range and is easy to cold work. Treatment process: Inconel X-750 is ni - cr - iron base alloy solid solution strengthening, has good resistance to high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, good cold and hot machining and welding performance, under 700 ℃has a satisfactory heat intensity and high plasticity. Alloy can be strengthen through the cold working, also can use resistance welding, welding or oldering connection, suitalbe for making under 1100 ℃ under low load of antioxidant components. Applications: Inconel X-750 has a wide range of applications, including chemical, nuclear, aerospace, and other fields. It is typically used to manufacture high-temperature components such as turbine blades, gas turbine blades, engine nozzles, and so on.
