The Rolled copper foil is a product made by repeatedly rolling and annealing high-precision copper strips ( Normally thickness less than 150 μm)by using the principle of plastic processing.

Description
The 0.006mm Rolled Copper foil is a high-quality material,which has high purity, high surface finish, good flatness, precise tolerances and perfect processing properties. The rolled copper foil has been also degrease and anti-oxidized, which allows the foil to have longer shelf life and be easier to laminate with other materials.
Manufacturing Process
Electrolytic Copper Foil Produced via electrodeposition from a copper sulfate solution onto a rotating titanium or stainless steel drum.The deposited copper is peeled off, then treated (roughening, heat resistance, anti-corrosion).
Rolled Copper Foil Made by cold-rolling high-purity copper cathodes into thin sheets, followed by annealing.Surface can be further treated (e.g., oxidation resistance coating).
